Player Spotlight: Kylan Allen (#2)

Say hello to Kylan Allen, a 6’7 senior forward for the Hillsboro Burros. He’s been holding it down for Hillsboro all four years, and now he’s making his senior season count.

Kylan’s game is all about attacking inside and protecting the rim—just like his favorite player, Kevin Durant. “He’s inspirational and attacks inside, just like me,” Kylan says.

When it comes to getting ready for games, Kylan and the squad put in work: early mornings, hard workouts, listening to the coach, and breaking down film. And when it’s time to lock in? His hype song is “Blackbolt” by Hoodbaby CJ.

Big news for Kylan—he just got his first official offer from Columbia State. “It was a very exciting moment for me,” he says. With his size, skill, and grind, Kylan’s future is looking bright!
