Hillsboro Alumni are coming back for tours, homecoming, and reunions at Hillsboro High school. Without our Alumni, Hillsboro wouldn’t be what it is today. Come check out our new building with our tours. Our Alumni tour dates are on Saturdays October 22, 2022, to April 15, 2023, at 10 am.

Hillsboro Alumni tours are designed to give former Hillsboro graduates a chance to explore the renovation and new buildings that now make the Hillsboro Campus. The school has been through a number of changes since its inception in 1939, and to say that the Hillsboro community is excited to show off the new building is an understatement.

“In the last 7 years of my teaching at Hillsboro, the building and facility have changed. I am also excited to see my second-year generation of graduates and their successes” stated Hillsboro English teacher Mrs. Cynthia Lyles-Scott.

Alumni are also invited to come to see our new football stadium, The John Koen Field at Homecoming on October 21, 2022. Hillsboro High School continues to celebrate its Alumni as it has for nearly 75 years.

Our addition to our exciting football game is the festivities that the school has planned before the game which includes a tailgate hosted by the PTSO. Homecoming’s tradition of crowning the Homecoming Queen and her court continues to be an annual celebration

Reunions, along with homecoming and alumni tours are a way for our alumni to connect with our other Hillsboro alumni. The purpose of a high school reunion is to catch up with old friends and reminisce about all the fun memories you had in high school.

“One of the most fun things I enjoy as a teacher is attending the class reunions to see former students and catch up with what they have been doing since they graduated. It feels very rewarding when I see former students’ successful impact” stated Mrs. Richardson who has taught at Hillsboro the longest of all teachers.
