This is the game of the week. Two of the best SEC teams going at it. They both have been dominant against their opponents so far in the 2025-26 season. Although Georgia is a top team, they are heading into one of the loudest stadiums in the country. That is why I think Tennessee will narrowly take the win on this one. [/video]
(#3) LSU vs Florida
LSU vs Florida is a top game this week. Florida is looking for a win after losing in an embarrassing manner to South Florida. The Gators have their work cut out for them in the match-up against LSU. Florida will be anxious to win back some media respect. In college football, winning a conference game after an embarrassing loss will show how determined and talented this season’s Florida team really is. I think LSU will win this week.
(#8) Notre Dame vs (#16) Texas A&M
This is big game for both teams, especially with Notre Dame’s recent loss to Miami. I think Notre Dame will win this game because they are coming off a bye rested and ready. Texas A&M has not faced a tough opponent yet and going into a loud South Bend and getting a win is very hard.
(#18) South Florida vs (#5) Miami
South Florida’s big win over the Florida Gators was strong and dominating. Like the Bulls win over the Gators, Miami also showed their dominance against a strong (#8) Notre Dame team. I think Miami will take the win this weekend.
Vanderbilt vs (#11) South Carolina
Vanderbilt has looked strong in their first two games, however, the ‘Dores open in Week 3 with SEC play. Being a school in a Power 5 conference ups the importance of every SEC game to the next level. Going on the road into South Carolina and getting a win with their environment is very hard. Vanderbilt has something to prove, however, I think South Carolina will take the win this weekend.
