Lady Burros Wrap Up

NASHVILLE– High School basketball tournaments are fast approaching and the Burros are entering the push to close out the regular season with strong wins and momentum to push through district, regional and sectional play. The Burros have 5 regular-season games left, and travel Friday night to take on new district opponent, Franklin.

Notable…… TSSAA region and district classification shuffling landed the Burros in a district that resembles their former region opponents dropping long-standing MNPS rivals  Cane Ridge, Hillwood, and Hunters Lane, and picking up Brentwood, Centennial, and Franklin. This hasn’t thwarted the  Lady Burros are currently ranked #20, just behind Brentwood at #19 in their 4A classification
